**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create innovative and visually appealing designs for both print and digital platforms.
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, banners, flyers, social media graphics, web layouts, and more.
- Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all designs align with brand standards.
- Develop and produce designs for internal and external communications.
- Work on design projects from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and providing high-quality outputs.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of design elements across various platforms and mediums.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously improve skills and creativity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions that meet objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
- Experience in both print and digital design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
