**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Development**:

- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, flyers, infographics, and more.
- Maintain consistency of the brand across all deliverables.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to understand design needs and provide design solutions.
- Collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to produce cohesive campaigns.
- **Branding**:

- Help manage and enforce the company's brand identity guidelines.
- Produce visuals that align with the company's image and target audience.
- **Prototyping & Mockups**:

- Provide design mockups for approval and make revisions as needed.
- **Creative Problem-Solving**:

- Identify design opportunities and suggest creative solutions to business challenges.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Organize and prioritize design tasks effectively, and communicate progress with project leads.
- **File Management**:

- Ensure all designs are organized and stored correctly for easy access.
- Maintain a consistent naming convention and version control for all design assets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with web design (HTML, CSS, WordPress, etc.) and UX/UI principles.
- Motion graphics experience with Adobe After Effects or other video tools.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video editing.
- Understanding of print production processes and preparing print-ready files.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
