**Job Description for Graphic Designer**:
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop concepts, graphics, and layouts for various projects such as advertisements, brochures, logos, social media posts, and website designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives and deadlines.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials.
- Use industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to design and edit graphics.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback to refine final designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve design skills and techniques.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all visual assets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or trainee in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is desirable.
