**About the team**

This role is a part of our **Remote Infrastructure Management Team.** Review, analyze, develop, install, modify, maintain and/or support major subsystem software components in a large computing environment across multiple production data centers.

**What you will be doing**
- Meets commitments and provides excellent customer service at all times with internal and external clients.
- Provides status reports (written and/or verbal) that are detailed to tasks and difficulties encountered - enables managers to initiate escalation if necessary and assess areas where changes or additional support may be warranted.
- Ensures issues resulting in customer outage is escalated appropriately through TSG management.
- Participates in logical design process of strategic projects and responsible for the physical design/implementation.
- Participates as a member of development support team on projects.

**What you bring**:

- Hands on support knowledge on all Server Hardware and console operations major in HP and Dell.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2017/2016/2014/2012
- Experience with Microsoft OS 2016/2012/2008 & 2003 Microsoft SQL Server Administration, Patching and scripting
- Scripting knowledge in PowerShell
- Hands on experience with ticketing tools and exposure on Incident and Service management
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Should have good skills in MS Office
