**Job Summary**:
The Career Counsellor is responsible for providing career guidance and support to individuals seeking assistance in career planning, development, and job search strategies. This role involves assessing clients' interests, skills, and abilities, and providing them with relevant information and resources to help them achieve their career goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Assessment**
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients to assess their interests, skills, values, and career goals.
- Utilize career assessment tools and inventories to help clients understand their strengths and weaknesses.

**2. Career Planning**:

- Assist clients in developing personalized career plans.
- Help clients set realistic and achievable career goals.

**3. Information and Resources**:

- Provide clients with information on educational programs, job market trends, and potential career paths.
- Guide clients on how to effectively search for jobs, including resume writing, cover letter preparation, and interview techniques.

**4. Workshops and Seminars**:

- Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on various career-related topics.
- Provide group counseling sessions to address common career concerns and strategies.

**5. Networking and Relationships**:

- Build and maintain relationships with employers, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
- Facilitate networking opportunities for clients.

**6. Career Development**:
