**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Guidance**:

- Provide personalized counseling services to prospective students interested in studying abroad, based on their academic background, career goals, and personal preferences.
- Offer information on various study abroad programs, including universities, courses, visa requirements, scholarships, and cultural experiences.
- Assist students in selecting the most suitable study abroad program, university, and destination.
- **Application Process Support**:

- Review students' academic qualifications, transcripts, and recommendation letters to ensure eligibility for study abroad programs.
- **Visa and Immigration Support**:

- Keep up-to-date on changes in immigration regulations and ensure that students comply with legal and institutional requirements.
- **Program Marketing and Promotion**:

- Promote study abroad programs through events, workshops, and informational sessions at schools, colleges, and universities.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner universities, study abroad organizations, and other stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree (required)
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in student counseling, study abroad advising, or education-related roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of international education systems, visa procedures, and cultural diversity is essential.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- **Personal Qualities**:

- Passion for international education and helping students pursue global opportunities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds and experiences.
