**We are looking for Customer Care Executive to work as Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) for one of the Leading Bank**
**JOB ROLES**
**Virtual Relationship Manager**
- Managing relationships with customers.
- Conducting customer interviews.
- Identifying and communicating customer needs.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolving customer issues and concerns.
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
The VRM is responsible for managing the entire Banking and Financial needs of the customer as a Single Point of Contact from the Bank. Additionally, a Product Specialist such as Investment Specialist / Business Banking Specialist along with Client Service Manager form the entire service team for each Client.
**Location : Whitefield, Bangalore.**
**Shift - Day shift (Shift Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm)**
**Skillset -1-year experience in Banking or Fresher's from Bcom stream.**
**Qualification: - Any Graduates**
**5.5 Days working 2-day week offs. 1st and 3rd Saturday will we working day**
**Please Note : No Btech / BE**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹19,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
