We are looking for a Digital Media Head with core experience in the same field having** 1-10 years of experience (Executive to** **Head)** to join our dynamic digital marketing team.you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of digital marketing strategies and execution for our clients. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals, develop and implement innovative digital media campaigns, and ensure that our clients' brands achieve maximum visibility and engagement across all digital platforms. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, and staying ahead of industry trends to drive growth and success for our agency and its clients.

**Strategy Development**:

- Design, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
- Identify target audiences and determine the most effective digital channels to reach them.**Campaign Management**:

- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality content that resonates with the target audience.

**Team Leadership**:

- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
- Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

**Client Management**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.
- 1-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and driving significant online engagement and growth.
- Strong understanding of all digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, Social Media, Content marketing, etc.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
