**Job Title**: Chef - Roll Specialist
**Location**: Kolkata
**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years preferred in a similar role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of rolls (veg & non-veg) with consistency and quality
- Handle marination, grilling, and tandoor work as required
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Manage inventory of ingredients and ensure timely preparation during peak hours
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in making Indian-style rolls
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude

**Preferred**:

- Immediate joiners
