**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams and individuals.
- Professional demeanour and appearance.
- Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when required and can travel outstation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or relevant qualifications in business administration or a related field preferred.
