**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Create and publish content on all social media platforms, to build brand awareness and target the appropriate audience
- Develop creative, innovative, and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives and create ideas on social media viral marketing
- Strengthen the content often and generate different ideas for posting and continually improve customer engagement.
- Work closely with all the departments in the company for better understanding, input and creation of posts.
- Deliver regular dashboards on the performance of the social media accounts and derive insights that could be used to inform or evolve the social media strategy
- Create quarterly plan for Social platforms
- Monitor, respond and engage with the community on a daily basis and highlight conversations to be engaged by other stakeholders, wherever necessary
- Measure and monitor social activity
- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns
- Hire and train others in the team

**SEO support**:

- Research, implement and monitor social media campaigns
- Guide the content team to produce SEO-friendly content
- Banner creation for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter
- Help to contribute to the company blog and other external communications
- Manage marketing campaigns.
- Complete weekly and monthly performance reports using programs such as Google Analytics
- Keep up to date with the latest SEM technology, SEO updates and industry changes
- Developing and managing social influencer programs and attending online social influencer events to promote our brand.

**Desired Profile**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s in any Discipline (Pref Marketing Communications)

Social Media Certifications will be a plus

**Experience**:

- Experience in managing social media
- Experience working in start-ups, in a fast-paced working environment
- A minimum of 1.5 years of relevant experience

**Knowledge Area and Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal and Written) Proactive and results-driven
- Should be Creative
- Good analytical & Project management skills
- Fun-loving individual
- Team player
