**Introduction**:
We at Ketto, are looking for someone with 2+ years of work experience in compliance and document verification work to join our Compliance Team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Verify KYC documentation of people/organizations raising and withdrawing funds
- Review complaints from users alleging instances of fraud and manage compliance & funds withdrawal-related queries
- Review high-risk transactions and fundraisers flagged by internal fraud-check tools
- Work with the customer support and product teams to ensure a smooth internal process and ideate product improvements

**What you bring to the table**:

- A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma with 2+ years of compliance, document verification work experience
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication skills - able to communicate ideas effectively, verbally and in writing
- Strong observational and analytical skills; proficient with Excel
- Willingness to handle queries during non-office hours, on occasion
