**Primary responsibilities**_
- _Conducting online counselling sessions with students_
- _Assessing student's skills, interests and personalities_
- _Guiding students through academic improvement_
- _Ability to generate leads._
- _Maintaining notes and student records with confidentiality._
- _Maintaining up to date students data in Excel._
- **Requirements**_
- _**Education**:_ _Bachelors Degree (preferred)_
- _**Experience**:_ _One year experience in education Counselling (preferred),_
- _**Freshers**_ _with Good communication skill can also apply_
- _**Languages known**:_ _Malayalam, English_
- _**Skills**:_ _written and verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, empathy, interpersonal skills, record keeping, confidentiality_
- **Work environment**_
- _Work from home (Mon to Fri)_
- _Supplemental pay (performance bonuses)_
