**⁠ ⁠Study Abroad Counselor/Senior Study Abroad Counselor**

**⁠ ⁠Team Lead/Manager**

Key Responsibilities:
1.⁠ ⁠*Counselling and Guidance:*
- Conduct individual counselling sessions with students and their families to understand their educational aspirations and career goals.
- Provide detailed information about study abroad options, including universities, courses, countries, and cultural environments.
- Assist students in selecting suitable programs and institutions that align with their academic profiles and career objectives.

2.⁠ ⁠*Application Assistance:*
- Provide support for standardized test preparation, including TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, and GMAT.

3.⁠ ⁠*Visa Assistance *
- Stay updated on changes in visa regulations and policies to provide accurate guidance.

4.⁠ ⁠*Workshops and Seminars:*
- Collaborate with educational institutions and organizations to host informative events for prospective students.

5.⁠ ⁠*Ongoing Support:*
- Provide pre-departure briefings and orientation sessions to prepare students for their transition to studying abroad.
- Address any concerns or challenges that arise during the students' study abroad journey.

6.⁠ ⁠*Marketing and Outreach:*
- Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and other promotional activities to attract prospective students.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.
- Create and manage content for social media, blogs, and newsletters to engage and inform students.

Qualifications:
**⁠ ⁠Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field.

**⁠ ⁠Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in study abroad consultancy or a related field.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of various international education systems and admission processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
