We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven **Education Counselor** to join our team and help students make informed decisions about their education and future.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students and parents regarding educational options, career paths, and admission procedures
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses, universities, or training programs
- Provide information on admission criteria, visa processes (if applicable), and scholarship opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of education trends, institutions, and course offerings
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely support throughout the student journey
- Organize and participate in educational seminars, webinars, and counseling sessions
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM systems regularly

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide and motivate students
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience in the education sector or counseling (preferred)

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Knowledge of international education systems (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia)
- Multilingual abilities
- Previous experience in admissions or student support roles
- Sales-oriented approach with target-driven mindset
