Telesales Executive

**Responsibilities for telesales executive.**
- Providing professional services to the customers and liaising closely with other functions to deliver quality services
- Preparing timely reports for business analysis
- Proactively follow up customer leads and sell the benefits of our services
- Communicate with customers to aid them in understanding the process to follow
- Identify and follow up opportunities with clients who are on the customer database
- Actively manage the customer database to ensure that information is accurate and kept up to date
- Prepare and send out sales campaign material to targeted customers as necessary and conduct follow up sales calls
- Keep accurate records of the conversations, so these can be fed back to our clients
- Communicate effectively with all departments within 5 Wall Studios to ensure customer requirements are appropriately met
**Qualifications for telesales executive**
- A strong record in successful B2C sales (Preferably Interior)
- Sales focused with excellent customer service
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi), spoken and written
- Diploma holder or above with minimum 1 years' experience in sales or customer services
- Possess strong selling techniques
- Highly persuasive, self-motivated, self-confident and customer service oriented
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
