Job Description: MIS Executive

The MIS Executive will be responsible for handling complete order management, sales, invoicing, generating reports, and supporting the organization's sales activities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Order Management: Process and manage customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
2. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to track and monitor sales activities, ensuring data accuracy in the sales system.
3. Invoicing: Generate and maintain invoices, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with customer orders.
4. Reports Generation: Develop and maintain MIS reports related to sales, inventory, and other relevant business metrics.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
6. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assisting in stock replenishment to meet demand while minimizing excess inventory.
7. Customer Support: Provide support to customers regarding order status, product inquiries, and issue resolution.
8. Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in the order management and sales support functions.
9. Data Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency in the sales and inventory databases.
10. Coordinate with Different Departments: Collaborate with various teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

**Requirements**:
1. Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar MIS Executive role or related field.
2. Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Access, and other data management tools.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
6. Familiarity with order processing, sales support, and inventory management processes.
7. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Arrangement and Compensation:

- The position offers the flexibility to work from office.
- Salary compensation: upto 20,000 INR per month.
