**Job Role**:System Executive
**Function**: Warehouse Management

**Reporting to**: Depot Incharge

**Objective**:
The System Executive is responsible for maintaining and managing system-related operations in the warehouse, ensuring data accuracy, efficient workflow, and effective utilization of software such as Excel and ERP This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills to streamline warehouse processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate warehouse data, including stock levels, inward/outward records, and returns. - Generate reports using Excel and ERP
- Efficiently use SAP software for inventory management, order processing, and stock allocation. - Ensure proper system updates and configurations.
- Product billing| Machine billing| Shade card and tools billing| STO Billing | TMS(Locus)
- Maintain accurate MIS Data up-to-date records, including Inward/Outward documents, Return Stock, and Damage Stock
- Regularly update and monitor physical records to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Vehicle number update and generate E-way Bill and E invoice

**Education**:

- Diploma or Any Degree.

**Experience**:

- 0- 2 years of experience in a warehouse or similar environment, focusing on system operations and data management.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Mandatory Skills**: Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros),
- **Preferred**: Analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and process improvement experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
