JOB DETAILS Area of work: Experience required in working in retail sales environments, dealing with distributors, communicating effectively back to the reporting manager around sales using MIS reports. Functional Skills: Good knowledge of Sales, ideally in a Retail / Apparel sector. Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates? Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships? Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with Distributors and maintaining them over time. Getting Information ? Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources to ensure that the engagement with relevant stakeholders is maintained. Behavioral Competencies Must have good verbal communication Must have the ability to work as a part of team and collaborate with all stakeholders Responsible, punctual ability to work under pressure. Job Requirements: Explain technical product or service information to customers. Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services. Demonstrate products to consumers. Recommend products or services to customers. Answer customer questions about goods or services.
