**1. Food Preparation**:

- Assist in preparing ingredients (e.g., chopping vegetables, marinating meat, preparing sauces) as per recipes and instructions.
- Cook and present food items according to Bong Pizza’s standards and customer requirements.

**2. Support Senior Chefs**:

- Assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef with daily operations in the kitchen.
- Ensure that food preparation is aligned with the set menu and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**3. Quality Control**:

- Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation across all dishes.
- Conduct checks on food ingredients to ensure freshness and proper storage.

**4. Hygiene & Safety**:

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Follow food safety guidelines (e.g., HACCP) to prevent contamination and spoilage.

**5. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Help in receiving, inspecting, and properly storing deliveries.

**6. Teamwork & Coordination**:

- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with service staff to manage food orders and timings.

**7. Learning & Development**:

- Stay updated on new cooking techniques, menu changes, and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions to improve culinary skills and kitchen management.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
