- Maintain and update the contract database, ensuring accurate record-keeping and organization of contracts.
- Monitor contract compliance and manage contract renewals, terminations, and amendments.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract review.
- Coordinate with external parties, such as vendors and clients, to facilitate contract execution and address any issues.
- **Risk Management & Compliance**:
- Identify and assess potential risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure that all contracts adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- **Process Improvement**:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of contract management processes and procedures.
- Participate in training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance the team's expertise.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Basic understanding of contract law and principles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contract management software is a plus.
- Prior experience in a legal or contract management role is preferred but not required.
