Manage end to end pre-sales activities and leading complex bids / proposals; Excellent understanding of enterprise sales process and the ability to design & implement pre-sales tools to support sales growth; Customer visit management; Sales pipeline management; Consultative pre sales.
- Bid & Proposal Management: Preparing responses to bids, RFIs & RFPs etc.; End to End bid management; Requirement analysis & solution designing; Proposal creation; Proposal review & evaluation; Client interactions; Preparing project plans & SOWs. Understanding requirements and addressing to Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), Tender/EOIs
- Marketing: Analysis of product/market requirements; Collateral creation; Market study; Competitive analysis; Creating and executing marketing plans & campaigns. Expertise in handling large strategic international deals and exposure to Third-Party Advisor driven bids
- Strategy and Business Management: Planning and strategy creation; Initiating and executing strategic plans to achieve business goals; Strategic dashboard management. Management of team / department level objectives; Sales Pipeline management.
- Relationship Management: Initiating & developing business relations; Business mining; nurturing & evolving existing clients towards consistent business relationships. Co-ordinate and work closely with cross functional departments like delivery, Solution Architects, legal, finance, administration, HR, staffing and Business heads to prepare techno-functional responses
- Interpersonal Skills: A team player with strong business acumen; Possess excellent leadership, decision making, planning, time management & communication skills; Proven experience in collaboration, teamwork and working in cross functional groups.
- Global exposure: Excellent awareness of cross-cultural & multi geography working relationships; Experience in diverse markets like Middle East, U.S.A., Asia Pacific and India etc
