We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated **Sales Executive** to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Site Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing leads, ensuring seamless communication with potential buyers, and driving sales closures. You will also be responsible for post-sale procedures such as documentation, sales agreements, and bank loan assistance, while maintaining strong relationships with customers long after the sale.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**: Actively manage and track leads, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups.
- **Sales Conversions**: Perform consistent and healthy follow-ups to convert leads into successful sales closures.
- **Post-Sale Support**: Assist clients with all post-sale procedures, including documentation, sales agreements, and coordinating bank loan approvals.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction even after the sale is complete.
- **Documentation & Compliance**: Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of lead status and sales progress, reporting regularly to management.
