Marketing and Telecalling

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Telecalling Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.
- Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM software regularly.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and provide relevant product/service information.
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings for sales executives if needed.

**Marketing Duties**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials (brochures, social media content, etc.).
- Identify potential markets and customer segments for business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing (freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in [Languages: English, Malayalam, or any other required language].
