**Jacadi Paris** - Children’s Apparel Brand Burgundy Brand Collective has launched a French children’s apparel brand in India, with stores now open in Mumbai and Bangalore. The brand crafts collections that reimagine the timeless heritage of French fashion for children. As a contemporary label with classic roots, it offers clothes, accessories, shoes, and nursery items that celebrate the magic and whimsy of childhood.

We’re launching Jacadi.in, our exclusive online store for Jacadi Paris in India. We’re looking for a hands on, brand-aligned team member to manage e-commerce sales, customer queries, and WhatsApp orders. This role sits at the intersection of digital service and luxury retail — offering styling advice, managing orders, and ensuring a premium experience across all touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Engagement & Sales**
- Offer styling guidance and personalized product suggestions in line with the brand’s tone and aesthetics.
- Follow up with potential customers, recover abandoned carts, and drive WhatsApp-based conversions.

**2. Order Management**
- Coordinate with warehouse or store teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Track key orders and proactively update customers on shipping status or delays.
- Ensure packaging, gifting, and unboxing standards are upheld for all e-commerce orders.

**3. After-Sales Support**
- Handle return/exchange queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain customer records and flag potential VIPs or high-value shoppers.
- Collect feedback and flag recurring issues for improvement.

**4. Platform Operations (Basic)**
- Update product catalogues and WhatsApp business account as needed.
- Assist marketing with order links and messaging for campaigns.
- Maintain a daily tracker of conversations, sales, and follow-ups. Who You Are:

- Strong communicator (written and spoken English a must; Hindi and other regional languages a bonus).
- Comfortable using digital tools like WhatsApp Business, Excel/Sheets, Shopify (training can be provided).
- Retail experience in a premium/luxury brand is preferred, especially with children’s fashion.
- Detail-oriented, customer-obsessed, and solution-driven. Growth Path: This is a launch-stage role with room to grow into E-commerce Operations Lead or Digital Sales Manager as jacadi.in scales.

**Reporting to: E-commerce Manager**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
