**Job Title: E-commerce Manager/Executive (Fresher)**

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce Manager/Executive to join our growing team. As a fresher, you will assist in managing online store operations, product listings, order processing, and customer service. You will gain hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and help improve our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and updating product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Support the order processing and tracking system to ensure timely deliveries
- Help manage inventory and ensure product availability on the platform
- Monitor and resolve customer queries or issues related to orders and products
- Help with optimizing the online store for a better user experience
- Support in analyzing sales data and reporting performance metrics
- Coordinate with other teams (e.g., logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth operations

**Qualifications**:

- Recent graduate or fresher with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Basic understanding of e-commerce and online retail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or tools is a plus

**Preferred**:

- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 1 year (preferred)
