Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Research potential customers and build a robust sales pipeline.
2. Customer Engagement:
Contact prospects to understand their educational needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to showcase offerings.
3. Sales Conversion:
Drive sales by effectively communicating product benefits and resolving customer objections.
Follow up with potential leads to close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
5. Collaboration & Feedback:
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with customer feedback.
Provide insights and suggestions to improve product offerings and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in sales, marketing, or business).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in EdTech or a related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach.
Preferred:
Knowledge of the EdTech landscape and its products.
Experience in conducting virtual sales presentations and demos.
Pay: ₹11,020.06 - ₹26,000.00 per month
