**Position: Inside sales Executive (Subscription Sales)**

**Mode of Interview:* Walk-in Drives (2 Rounds Face-to-Face AND Same Day RESULT)**

As a **Inside Sales Executive-Subscriptions**, you will be responsible for selling subscription-based equity and wealth advisory services to potential clients. Your goal is to engage prospective customers via telephonic conversations, highlight the value of offerings, and convert leads into long-term clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle objections effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:*
**1. Client Interaction**:* -Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients to pitch subscription-based products and services.
- Build rapport with leads, address their queries, and explain the value of subscription offerings.
**2. Lead Management**:* -Plan daily outreach activities based on the subscription sales funnel and prioritize high-value leads.
- Proactively follow up on assigned leads and ensure timely conversions.
**3. Target Achievement**:* -Work towards achieving and exceeding telesales targets and revenue objectives.
- Collaborate with the Sales Head to strategize approaches and mitigate challenges.
**4. Knowledge & Collaboration**:* -Stay updated on market trends, company products, and competitor offerings.
- Share best practices with team members to enhance overall sales performance.
**1. Education**:* Graduate (mandatory).
**2. Experience**:* 2-5 years in telesales, subscription sales, or customer interaction roles, preferably in BFSI/Finance/Marketing.
**3. Skills**:*
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English, Hindi, and one regional language).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of equity markets is a plus.
**4. Work Ethic**:*
- High degree of accuracy and detail orientation.
- Willingness to occasionally work extra hours or attend meetings outside regular working hours.
**Interview Preparation**:*
**2. Pitch Practice**:* Be ready to demonstrate your ability to pitch your current company's product.
**3. Incentive Understanding**:* Clearly explain your current incentive structure.
**4. Company Knowledge**:* Research subscription offerings thoroughly.
**5. Basic Calculations**:* Be prepared for basic numerical and incentive-related calculations.
