**Qualities**

The trainer will challenge the customer with varied functional exercises such as moulding the client's body.

Boxlab Workout trainers must be physically fit, as their job requires a considerable amount of exercise. Boxing Company instructors need to participate in classes and demonstrate exercises, as necessary.

Communication Skills. Boxlab Workout trainers must be able to communicate and deliver exercise cues/movements to clients in a professional, clear, and motivating manner.

**Responsibilities Include**

You need to lead 50 50-minute class followed by warm up, boxing combinations, core conditioning and cool down, typically with 15 clients per class.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Played boxing/football/MMA /swimming/tennis/basketball tournament / or represented India.

Knowledge of safe exercise technique and principles, and a general understanding of human anatomy and kinesiology.

Must possess a high degree of energy and endurance to complete each fitness class, and must be physically fit to lead class at the appropriate level.

Ability to deal with a diverse group of individuals.

Ability to effectively demonstrate skills being taught to participants and correct participants' exercises where necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,258.60 - ₹35,602.47 per month
