**Job Title**:_**Female**_ Fitness Trainer
**Location**: Golf Course Road, Gurgaon

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Assessment and Planning**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and understand client goals, needs, and limitations.
- Design customized workout plans to meet individual client objectives.
- **Training and Coaching**:

- Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness journey.
- **Safety and Support**:

- Monitor clients during workouts to prevent injuries and ensure safety.
- Provide modifications for exercises as needed based on individual client capabilities.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Educate clients about fitness, nutrition, and overall well-being.
- **Facility and Equipment Maintenance**:

- Ensure the fitness area is clean, organized, and equipment is well-maintained.
- Report any equipment issues or safety hazards promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification in Personal Training or Fitness Coaching (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a fitness trainer, preferably in a gym or similar setup.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness principles, and nutrition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,564.14 per month
