**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and servers.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security.
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Managing Windows, Linux, or Mac systems
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolution.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain network infrastructure.
- Ensure system and network security through proper access controls and firewalls.
- Perform system upgrades and patches as required.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in system administration.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Familiarity with networking structures (LAN, WAN, MAN and Topologies).
- Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Knowledge of system security principles and best practices.
- Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are a plus
