**Role Description**

This is a full-time role for Digital Marketer (Meta / Google Ads) at Millions Kart, Mohali. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and optimising online advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include setting up and managing ad campaigns, analysing campaign performance, optimising ad spend, conducting keyword research, and generating reports. The role requires a strong understanding of digital advertising, data analysis, and performance marketing.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime
- Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
- Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
- Experiment with new platforms and channels
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
- Monitor costs and ROAS

**Required Skill Set**
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketer is preferred (eCommerce is a plus)
- Familiarity with media-buying, planning, and research
- Interest in following advertising and media trends
- Working knowledge of media analytics software
- Bachelor’s degree or higher ideally in the area of marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills
