**QA Architect**

**Role**:QA Architect**

**Experience**:10+ years**

**Education : Graduate - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, Electronics/Telecommunication;**

**PG - M.Sc. - Computers, M.Tech - Any Specialization, MCA - Computers**

**Location : Pune.**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- ** Solutionalize strategic plans for testing efforts.**:

- **Provide strategic Solutions for tools selection.**:

- **Design Estimation, Test Coverage & Complexity measuring templates to be used for various types of tests.**:

- **Build reusable testing assets for large/complex projects.**:

- **Provide technical leadership and support the creation of complex tests.**:

- **Mentor team through Proof of Concept implementation.**:

- **Create technical project/client proposals and estimations.**:

- **Recommends new tools, techniques and methodologies needed to enhance productivity and quality.**:

- **Will have complete ownership of preparing test automation solutions and designing automation frameworks.**:

- **Lead the implementation of test strategy, test plans & test execution of the product.**:

- **Collaborate with product teams to strategize & align long-term solutions for test automation including roadmap, tools, framework & approach.**:

- **Create a standard framework for Functional Automation, Performance Testing and Security and Penetration Testing.**:

- **Presents technical documentation for review by peers and concerned teams.**:

- **To work with the QA team for the resolution of technical issues of the product as needed.**:

- **Develop automation strategy to support regression testing based on the technical analysis, complexity and reusability.**:

- **Responds appropriately and competently to the demands of work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.**

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Must have 10+ years of experience in designing & planning appropriate test automation frameworks and in maintaining and unblocking the team to implement:

- Selenium / Cucumber / Appium / Protractor
- QTP
- Jmeter
- RestAssured
- Good expertise in the following tools:

- Build tools - Maven / Gradle / Ant
- SCM tools - SVN, GIT
- Orchestration tools - Bamboo / Jenkins
- Good expertise in the following languages:

- Java, Python, C#, SQL
- Good experience in Database testing, Test Management tools (JIRA, Rally, ALM)
- **Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills**
- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills.**
- **Be able to join immediately.**

**Additional Skills**:

- ** Knowledge in security testing, performance testing, and performance tuning is a definite plus.**
- **Passion for achieving excellence in technical, process, product quality and reliability.**
- **Must be extremely technology and detail-oriented.**
