Must skills

Assemble a team passionate
about Life Insurance/ BFSI any product sales.
Train them to recruit
Advisors.
Educate the entire team on
products and sales processes.
Conduct joint sales calls for
skill enhancement.
Monitor and manage to meet
business targets.

Sales Experience in concept
selling also preferred.
- Experience in Recruiting,
Training & Managing teams preferred.
- Should have stability in job
and be process oriented.
- Must have two wheeler
- Any BFSI Sales Experience in local Market
