**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 1-on-1 or group doubt-clearing and mentoring sessions for Mathematics (Grades 6-12, CBSE/ICSE/State boards, including foundational and competitive exam levels).
- Help students build problem-solving skills and mathematical thinking.
- Identify learning gaps and offer customized academic support.
- Track student progress and communicate improvement plans.
- Collaborate with academic and counseling teams to improve student outcomes.
- Prepare practice questions, mock tests, and small assessments if needed.
- Stay updated with board curriculum and competitive exam requirements (Olympiads, NTSE, etc.).
- Maintain records of student interaction, progress, and concerns.
- Help identify students’ weak areas and customize support accordingly.
- Stay updated with syllabus changes, exam patterns, and relevant academic content.

**Qualifications**:

- B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mathematics or related field.
- B.Ed. or teaching qualification (preferred, not mandatory).
- Prior experience in teaching or mentoring students in an academic or EdTech setup is a plus.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent knowledge of Mathematics concepts (Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and engage students effectively.
- Comfortable using online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, whiteboards, etc.).
- Patience, empathy, and motivational ability.
