Job Summary:
Responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance department during the assigned shift. includes managing and maintaining all manufacturing & packing assets, managing the maintenance budget and resources, and assisting in the design and installation of new systems. Critical spares management in coordination with the inventory management team, and utility management for the entire factory.

Job Responsibilities:

- Performs maintenance activities in the assigned shift and plant
- Maintains manufacturing assets and facilities and parts inventories.
- Equipment health monitoring and timely conditional monitoring for the assigned plant and shift.
- Perform the Maintenance and Reliability initiative focused on Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
- Performs other duties by coordinating work with outside inspections, providing project management, ensuring safety of personnel, and performing other duties as required.
- Managing, maintaining, and establishing maintenance procedures for production lines in a food manufacturing environment to ensure production meets or performs better than budget.
- Developing and maintaining quality and safety standards in alignment with OEM and company requirments.
- Participate in designing and developing future production capabilities by coordinating with other related departments w.r.t changes and improvements; and updating maintenance operating procedures and schedules to incorporate the changes.
- Must be able to work in a flexible schedule.
- Follow all Food Safety and company processing guidelines and regulations.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
- Other duties as assigned.

Position Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- ITI/Diploma/B.Tech
- Instrumentation/ Electronics/Electrical Engineering Degree
- Must be able to communicate in Malayalam (Read, Speak & rite), Hindi ( Speak) & English ( Read & Write)
- Two plus years of operations/Maintenance management in a food manufacturing environment.
- Solid understanding of PLC system's,VFFS machines, Hammer mills, Blenders, Roasters
- both thermic fluid & steam based and electrical systems & wirings.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Work in an environment that is dusty and may contain spices with high pungency & heat.
- Detail oriented and organized
- Proficient computer skills in spreadsheets; MS-Projects, data bases and word processing is desirable
- Excellent technical knowledge of equipment, products and processes
- Self motivated, results orientated and excellent personal skills.
- Must have a hands-on work ethic.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
