Facilities Maintenance Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the maintenance and smooth operation of office facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for employees and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and schedule regular maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems.
- Manage and supervise external vendors and service providers.
- Ensure timely resolution of repair and maintenance requests.
- Monitor facility conditions and safety compliance.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist in planning and executing office space arrangements or improvements.
- Support budget management for maintenance and repair activities.
- Collaborate with the Admin and IT teams to address facility-related issues.
- Identify problems, propose solutions, and implement effective resolutions.
- Make informed decisions to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations..
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in facility maintenance or operations.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
