**Job Summary**

**The IT Executive (Hardware & Networking) is responsible for the following tasks of implementing with an eye to the future as well as understanding the organization’s goals and requirements. He/She plays an important part in the complete hardware and software game of the organization, using every opportunity to better the workflow, cut costs and make sure that the resources are made available for employees to efficiently work towards the organization’s goals.**

- Maintenance of Network, Wi-Fi and Internet:

- Maintaining & Troubleshooting connectivity between network switches and other workstations.
- Documentation of Access points along with the IP address, SSID, and physical location.
- Knowledge of WAN, LAN & MAN Networking
- Knowledge of Windows Firewall.
- Hardware Management:

- Management & Tracking of all hardware in the organization
- Improvement of processes to enable better management & tracking of hardware.
- Desktop Profile:

- Troubleshooting organization desktop/laptop OS issues.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting of software & hardware issues.
- Hardware Maintenance & Repairing.
- CCTV, Scanner / Printer, Projector and Chromecast Supports:

- Network Printer configuration.
- Troubleshooting of Printers.
- Maintenance of CCTV Camera.
- Software licenses and subscription renewal.
- Chromecast installation and configuration.
- Projector and speaker setup in the classrooms.
- Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers, mouse, monitor, CPU and resolve associated problems
- Configure Wireless access on the endpoints
- Vendor Management:

- Resolving product-related issues with the vendor (vendor management)

Education & Experience

Qualification: Diploma in Computer Engineering or related field.

Plus Point: CCNA Certification

Experience: Fresher, 1-2 Years
