**Role Description**

**Summary**:
We are in search of a Project Coordinator who will take charge of coordinating and managing the business acumen and developers. Your main role will involve supervising project development and integration, promoting smooth collaboration among diverse teams and departments. You'll closely collaborate with businesses and developers to align project goals and schedules with our organizational objectives. Your dedication to coordinating project activities, resolving project-related issues, upholding project quality, and paying close attention to detail will be pivotal in this position.
- Collaborate with developers and business acumen to define the project objectives and requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and resource allocations.
- As a POC, ensure clear and effective communications between the business team and [project team members.
- Facilitates meetings including reviews, kick-off, and status updates of the ongoing projects.
- Deliver project-related information to the team members and clients.
- Monitoring quality standards of the project specification.
- Ensuring prevalent project documentation and accessible to all the team members.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants must be highly organized to manage, schedules, resources, and documentation.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure progress and quality control.
- Being able to identify challenges and escalation and provide proper solutions.
- A good exposure to technical knowledge.
- Should have leadership potential.
- Ability to adapt and finalize priorities.
- A good collaborative nature. to ensure effective communications between team members, and departments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
