**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a sharp, hands-on Performance Marketing Executive to manage, optimize, and scale digital campaigns across channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more. You’ll be the bridge between creative ideas and measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**

Plan and execute paid campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn)

Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; generate actionable insights

Optimize campaigns daily to achieve KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR)

Work with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages

Manage budgets and bid strategies across platforms

Report performance and recommendations to internal teams and clients

Research audience segments, competitors, and industry trends

Coordinate UTM tracking and ensure analytics accuracy

**Skills & Competencies Checklist**

**Technical Skills**
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (must-have)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (must-have)
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn & YouTube Ads (good to have)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
- Competence with Excel for reporting and budgeting

**Creative & Analytical**
- Ability to write compelling ad copies
- Visual eye for what works in creatives
- Comfort interpreting and acting on data

**Experience**
- 1-3 years managing performance marketing campaigns
- Experience in agency environment (preferred)
- Exposure to e-commerce brands (good to have)

**Soft Skills**
- Excellent communication & coordination skills
- Ownership mindset and accountability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setup
