**Job Description: Mathematics Tutor (Grades 6-12, All Boards)**

**Location**: Perungudi, Chennai
**Work Timings**: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

**About the Role**:
We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable Mathematics Tutors to teach students from Grades 6 to 12, covering all major educational boards (State, CBSE, ICSE, and others). The role requires expertise in handling diverse math syllabi and the ability to cater to students from varying academic backgrounds.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Mathematics to students from Grades 6 to 12, ensuring adherence to the respective board syllabus.
- Conduct engaging, interactive sessions to simplify complex mathematical concepts for students.
- Provide tailored support to meet the individual learning needs of students.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and board-specific assessments.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular tests and assignments.
- Foster problem-solving and analytical thinking skills among students.
- Maintain discipline and ensure an effective learning environment in the center.
- Communicate with parents about student performance and provide actionable feedback when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related discipline (B.Ed. preferred).
- Experience in tutoring or teaching Mathematics to students from Grades 6-12, across multiple boards, is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Mathematics curricula for State, CBSE, ICSE, and other boards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to teach students with diverse proficiency levels effectively.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching Mathematics.

**Work Details**:

- **Location**: Center in Perungudi, Chennai
- **Timing**: 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

**Compensation**: Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
