Working days:

Flexible, but a minimum of 3 days per week.

Working hours:

1-3 hours per day, between 5 pm and 10 pm.

Role Overview:

We're seeking a passionate and student-friendly part-time Math Tutor to lead Math demo lessons for potential Pumpa users. This role blends academic tutoring with product demonstrations, making the Math Coach the face of the Pumpa learning experience for new students and parents.

This role is ideal for tutors seeking extra income and a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct online group Math demo sessions for CBSE students in a mix of Tamil and English.
  • Adherence to Pumpa's Question-Based Learning Methodology and the demo methodology to make demo sessions highly interactive.
  • Present the product and handle parents' questions at the end of the session.

Who we are looking for:

  • Master's degree in Mathematics (or) Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 2+ years of online teaching experience in the CBSE curriculum for classes 7 to 10.
  • Tamil(Native) and English(Professional)
  • Tutors must have experience teaching small groups of students online.
  • Previous demo session experience is a plus.
  • Familiar with online teaching tools like Google Meet, whiteboards, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Technical requirements:

  • A Laptop/Desktop with an HD webcam with UPS
  • Fast internet connection(minimum 100MBPS)
  • A quiet, well-lit workspace with no distractions
