Assistant General Manager - Sales (Luxury Residential Real Estate)

Location: Gurugram

**Salary**: ₹18L-24L per annum

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for luxury residential projects in Gurugram.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the luxury segment, ensuring high closure rates and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners (CPs), HNI clients, and key stakeholders to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.
- Own the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless customer experience for discerning clients.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with market trends and project positioning.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and strategic insights to senior management.
- Stay updated on market intelligence, competitor activities, and luxury real estate trends to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury residential sales with reputed real estate developers (no brokerages; experience with affordable projects is not considered)
- Demonstrated success in selling high-value residential projects (₹5-10 crore ticket size) in Gurugram.
- Strong and active network of channel partners (CPs) in the luxury segment.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and deliver large, impactful sales outcomes
- Data-driven mindset with experience in sales planning, forecasting, and performance optimization.
- MBA or equivalent preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
