We are real estate developers and are recruiting for a position which would entail handling the land acquisition, approval process and construction coordination.
- Title verification - should be able to coordinate with the lawyer and understand legal issues, procure documents, etc and coordinate the entire land acquisition process.
- Technical evaluation - should be able to coordinate with the architect / government agencies and understand the development potential and challenges of any plot under consideration.
- Approval coordination
- Initiate and handle the approval process with the assistance of the lawyer and architect and handle ancillary activities like NA conversion, mutation, partition/sub division, etc.
- Construction coordination - Coordinate between the architect, consultants, contractors and project manger to ensure smooth and timely delivery of information and documents.

**Salary**: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
