Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing the online sales of the company's products or services. This involves creating and implementing strategies to drive traffic, optimize conversion rates, and improve the overall customer experience on the website and other online platforms. The role includes overseeing product listings, promotions, digital marketing efforts, and customer service related to e-commerce activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listings & Management:
- Manage product listings on the company’s website, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart), and other online channels.
- Ensure accurate and updated product descriptions, prices, images, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure availability and timely restocking of products.
2. Website & User Experience:
- Regularly update content and promotions on the company’s e-commerce website.
- Optimize the website for a seamless user experience, including improving navigation, search functionality, and mobile responsiveness.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers for website enhancements and troubleshooting.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Work with the marketing team to create compelling promotional content and graphics.
4. Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Monitor sales performance on e-commerce platforms and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to recommend strategies for increasing conversions and average order value.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and optimize product pricing.
5. Order Processing & Customer Service:
- Oversee the processing of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Implement systems to track customer satisfaction and address issues proactively.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific dashboards) to track and report on website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce activities and performance for management.
7. Competitor & Market Analysis:
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing strategies across online platforms.
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Make recommendations based on market and competitor analysis to enhance the company’s e-commerce performance.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- **Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).**
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
