**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the sales team to manage leads, update CRM, and optimize conversion workflows.
- Research and segment databases for targeted outbound communication.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics, identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate on special projects involving marketing automation, product launches, and field promotions.

**Key Skills and Interests**
- Eagerness to learn about **sales funnels, marketing automation**, and SaaS growth strategies.
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior exposure to tools like **HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Zoho** is a plus (but not required).

**What You’ll Learn**

- Understanding of how marketing directly supports sales in driving business growth.
