Job Description:
Title: Placement Officer

**Responsibilities**:
1. Facilitate connections between students and potential employers for internships and job opportunities.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with companies and organizations to create placement opportunities for students.

3. Coordinate career fairs, workshops, and networking events to enhance students' job-seeking skills and industry knowledge.

4. Provide guidance and support to students in resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

5. Maintain accurate records of student placements, including tracking outcomes and feedback from employers.

6. Collaborate with academic departments to understand industry trends and tailor placement efforts to meet the needs of diverse student populations.

7. Stay updated on labor market trends, job requirements, and employer expectations to effectively advise students.

8. Liaise with alumni networks and industry professionals to expand job placement opportunities for students.

9. Conduct outreach activities to promote placement services and enhance the visibility of the institution within the business community.

10. Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of placement programs and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or Counseling).

2. Previous experience in recruitment, career counseling, or related field preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, employers, and other stakeholders.

5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

7. Knowledge of career development theories and best practices.

8. Understanding of labor market trends and employer expectations.

9. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed for events or student appointments.

10. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in student support services.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
