**Key Responsibilities: Product Development & Formulation**:

- Develop and optimize **pigment dispersions** and related additives for lubricants and coatings.
- Conduct **formulation experiments** to improve color strength, stability, and dispersion properties.
- Evaluate raw materials and develop innovative solutions for **enhanced performance and cost-effectiveness**.

**Testing & Quality Assurance**:

- Perform **laboratory tests** (viscosity, stability, color strength, rheology, etc.) to ensure product quality.
- Ensure pigment compatibility with different **lubricant bases and coating systems**.
- Assist in troubleshooting **technical issues** related to formulation and production.

**Process Optimization & Scale-Up**:

- Support **pilot-scale and production-scale trials** for new formulations.
- Work with **production teams** to improve manufacturing processes and ensure consistency.
- Assist in **process optimization** to enhance dispersion stability and efficiency.

**Documentation & Compliance**:

- Maintain detailed **lab records, reports, and formulation databases**.
- Ensure all formulations comply with **industry regulations and safety standards**.
- Assist in preparing **technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and regulatory documents**.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s/Master’s degree** in **Chemistry, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field**.
- **2-3 years of experience** in R&D within the **pigment, lubricants, or coatings industry**.
- Knowledge of **pigment dispersion techniques, additives, and formulation chemistry**.
- Experience with **analytical testing methods** (e.g., FTIR, UV-Vis, Rheometers, Particle Size Analyzers).
- Strong **problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently**.
- Good **communication skills** and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with **color measurement techniques (spectrophotometry, color matching software, etc.)**.
- Knowledge of **ISO, ASTM, and other industry standards** related to pigments and dispersions.
- Familiarity with **manufacturing processes** for lubricants and coatings.

**Location : Nashik, Maharashtra**

**Experience : 2-3 years**

**Salary : 2.5 LPA-3.5 LPA**
