We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Recruiter/Mobilizer To source, mobilize, and recruit employees for our clients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and mobilize employees for various positions and profiles.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment, mobilization, and deployment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and deployment.

Requirements:

- 1-10 years of experience in recruitment, mobilization, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English.

Preferred Skills:
1. Experience in related industry.

2. Knowledge of wages applicable ,labor laws and regulations.

**upto 35000/per month (depend on interview and experience)**
