If you know the thrill of closing tough positions, can juggle IT and non-IT roles like a pro, and thrive in a fast-paced environment ā youāre exactly who we want.Youāll be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across US State and Federal clients, ensuring top-quality delivery and a seamless candidate experience.Tasks and Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle ā sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.Work on a mix of IT and non-IT roles across various domains.Partner closely with the Account Managers and hiring teams to understand job needs and deliver with speed and precision.Source candidates through multiple channels ā job boards, networking, referrals, and creative search techniques.Maintain and update candidate records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets (because thatās how we roll).What Weāre Looking ForMinimum 2 years of experience in US recruitment (mandatory).Proven track record of hiring for State or Federal clients.Hands-on experience working on IT and non-IT positions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Flexibility to work onsite in Indore during US night shift hours.Why Join Us?Be part of a high-energy, performance-driven team that values hard work and smart recruiting.Work directly with Federal and State clients ā a great way to sharpen your professional edge.Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a work culture that believes in results and good humor.
